How is my reservation confirmed?
To confirm your reservation, Bali Grand Villas charges
a full payment. This payment is included in the established
price, and does not signify, at any time, a supplementary
charge for the client.
Your reservation is confirmed by email. Therefore,
it is very important that the email address that you
give is correct. Bali Grand Villas is not responsible
for possible errors committed by the client that makes
the booking confirmation impossible to send.
If you do not receive an email within four working
hours after reservation, you can contact Bali Grand
Villas's Client Service by sending an email to info@baligrandvillas.com
with your reservation details (client name, name of
hotel ...).
The confirmation email that Bali Grand Villas sends
is the reservation receipt, and is a summary of information
related to the reservation, such as any additional information
about the selected villas/resort (address, telephone,
fax ...). You should present this document upon arrival
at the hotel.
How do I cancel my booking?
To cancel your reservation you should send an email
to reservation@baligrandvillas.com
with your cancellation request. The client is obliged
to pay all costs arising from cancellation.
The cancellation policies of individual villas/resort
apply. Therefore, Bali Grand Villas recommends that
you consult the cancellation policy of your chosen villas/resort.
They are described on Bali Grand Villas's website, on
the page corresponding to each villas/resort, and can
be consulted when making your reservation with us.
How can I change my booking?
You can modify a reservation in process by contacting
Bali Grand Villas's Client Service and sending an email
to reservation@baligrandvillas.com
with your reservation details (client name, name of
hotel ...). Our customer service will immediately assist
you with your request.
Are there any extra charges for children?
Some villas/resort charges a supplement for crib/cot
or supplementary bed (the type of bed depends on the
child's age). This supplement is not always included
in the price of the room. In order to avoid unpleasant
surprises, we recommend that you contact us for information,
either by email at info@baligrandvillas.com,
or by telephone. We will respond as soon as possible.
Is my personal information protected?
Bali Grand Villas is committed to not disclosing confidential
client information to third parties. This information
will be used exclusively by our internal services for
the processing of orders and to strengthen and personalise
communication, such as the promotions we offer to our
clients. You have the right of access, rectification,
and opposition to any use of your personal information.

name, address and email, through the webpage or by emai
